How I work is quietly, and in the background, while you enjoy the confident comfort of not having to worry about the state of your books.
I have spent years on the other end of QuickBooks Support calls, and I know how businesses actually use the software. That experience has taught me that the software is rarely the problem. It’s that the answer exists, it is known, and nobody has handed it to you yet. That’s my expertise.
So I keep things simple. I show up. I do the work carefully. I keep you in the loop. And when I send you a report, you’ll understand what it’s telling you — with a clear, objective look at your business.
Moving to QuickBooks Online
If your business is still on QuickBooks Desktop, or you have never been on QuickBooks at all, no worries. QuickBooks Online has tools that make onboarding and conversion simple and straightforward.
There is no one-click conversion. Your chart of accounts, customers, vendors, and history come across — and then the file has to be built properly around them. Bank feeds connected, payroll handled so the year isn’t counted twice, opening balances established, and everything arranged the way a business like yours actually runs.
You get a working file and a plain explanation of what is in it. Nothing has to be figured out by you.
