What I Do

Bookkeeping Cleanup — Bring your books current, fix what's off, and establish clean beginning balances so you can move forward with confidence.
Monthly Bookkeeping — Transaction entry, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll entry, and monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet) so you always know where your business stands.
1099 Preparation — Annual 1099s prepared and ready for filing.
Payroll Entry — Payroll transactions recorded in QuickBooks (payroll service setup is separate).

How I Work

I'm not interested in making your books complicated. I'm interested in making them clear — so you can actually use them.

I've spent years on the other end of QuickBooks support calls at Intuit, talking to business owners who were confused, frustrated, or just stuck. That experience taught me that the problem is rarely the software. It's that nobody ever showed them how to use it in a way that made sense for their actual business.

So I keep things simple. I show up. I do the work carefully. I keep you in the loop. And when I hand you a report, you'll understand what it's telling you — no jargon, no mystery.

Background

Former QuickBooks Support Representative at Intuit — several years of taking calls from business owners, accountants, and bookkeepers. I know where things usually go wrong, and I know how to help people get unstuck without making them feel bad about it.
